We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
  • Processing occurs on business days only (Monday to Friday, EST).
  • Cut-off time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the next business day.
  • We do not process orders on the following U.S. postal holidays:
    • New Year’s Day
    • Presidents’ Day
    • Memorial Day
    • Independence Day
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Day

  • Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it.

Order Tracking

  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Within 1–2 business days of processing, a tracking notification will follow.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for your tracking information to update, as it may take time for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
  • If your order has exceeded the estimated arrival date, please Contact Us for assistance.

Personalized Orders

  • Custom or modified orders may require additional processing time depending on the design complexity.
  • We appreciate your patience as our designers craft your personalized items.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

Incorrect Address Policy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
    • Orders delivered to the wrong address.
    • Parcels returned to sender due to incorrect addresses. These may be disposed of by our shipping partners.
    • Any loss, theft, or damage if you request forwarding or redirection after dispatch.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply.
