Shipping Zones
We currently fulfill and ship orders within the mainland United States. We do not support shipping to:
- Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories
- PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)
- International locations
Processing Schedule
Once you place your order, our warehouse team gets to work. Here’s how we handle your shipment:
- Processing Time: 1 – 3 business days
- Orders received before 2:00 PM EST are usually shipped faster.
- We operate Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays).
Estimated Delivery Timeline
Delivery time consists of two parts: processing + transit. We guarantee that total delivery time remains under 10 business days.

Delivery Carriers
We carefully select from reliable shipping providers, including:

- UPS
- DHL Express
- FedEx SmartPost
Packages are shipped with the carrier best suited to your delivery address and item weight.
Tracking & Notifications
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete.
- Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your inbox.
- Tracking may take 24 – 72 hours to show updates as the carrier scans and processes the item.
Handling Delivery Issues
If your package is:
- Marked as “Delivered” but not received
- Delayed more than 10 business days
Contact us promptly. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and get your package to you.
Invalid Addresses
Please make sure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Errors can cause delays or returns.
- If a package is returned to us, a $6.99 re-shipping fee will apply.
Customization Notice
Custom orders may need additional handling time. You’ll be notified if more time is required to ensure quality.
