1. What is the return policy?

Items can be returned within 60 days if unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.

2. How to start a return?

Email support@kalulan.com with your order number, full name, issue description, and photos.

3. What photos are required?

At least 2 clear photos showing:

  • The faulty area
  • The size label (if sizing issue)
  • Front and back of the item

4. Who pays for return shipping?

Kalulan covers shipping if it’s their mistake. Otherwise, the customer pays. Original shipping is non-refundable.

5. How long for a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving eligible returns.

6. Can I get an exchange?

Exchanges are available for wrong/damaged/defective items, not for change of mind.

7. Where do you ship?

Only to the mainland USA. No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, territories, PO boxes, or international locations.

8. What is the delivery time?

Total delivery is 4–9 business days (1–3 days processing + 3–6 days transit). Flat fee: $6.99.

9. Which carriers are used?

Kalulan ships via USPS, UPS, DHL Express, and FedEx SmartPost.

10. What if my package is delayed or lost?

If it’s marked “Delivered” but missing or delayed over 10 days, contact Kalulan for help.

11. What happens with wrong addresses?

Incorrect addresses may result in return. A $6.99 reshipping fee applies.

12. What payment methods are available?

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. Pay in cash upon delivery.
