Refund and Returns Policy
We appreciate your trust in our brand, and we hope you love what you ordered. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right. All return requests must be submitted within 60 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please ensure you clearly explain the issue and provide the necessary photo evidence.
Providing Photo Evidence:
For issues like receiving the wrong color or size, or if your product arrived damaged, we require at least two clear, well-lit photographs. These images should show:
- The specific faulty area or issue.
- The item’s size label (if the issue is with the size).
- A full view of the front and back of the product.
Returns submitted without the required photographic evidence will not be accepted.
Starting Your Return:
To begin the return process, simply contact our team by emailing us at support@kalulan.com. Please include the following information in your email:
- Your order number.
- Your full name.
- A detailed explanation of the problem you encountered.
- The required photos as attachments.
- Whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund.
Once your request is approved, we will follow up with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
If the return is due to an error on our part – such as sending the wrong item or a defective product – we will cover return shipping. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our policy requirements, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. The amount will be returned to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few more days for the refund to appear on your statement.
We will notify you via email once your refund is approved and issued. If your return doesn’t meet our eligibility criteria, we’ll contact you with the reason for rejection and return the item at your expense.
Exchange Policy
We understand mistakes happen. That’s why we offer exchanges in specific cases, such as receiving the wrong item, wrong size, or a product that’s damaged or defective. We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as personal preference or a change of mind.
To request an exchange, please email us with your order number, full name, a description of the issue, and relevant photos. If a replacement is available, we’ll ship it out to you at no additional cost. If it’s out of stock, we’ll contact you to arrange a refund instead.
